White-label accessibility reports for agencies that manage client sites
A11yKeeper is an accessibility monitoring and white-label reporting tool for web agencies. Check a client site, get plain-English fixes, and send a report with your agency's name on it.
Available now: free scans of up to 10 pages and white-label report PDFs. Coming soon: one dashboard for all your client sites, scheduled re-checks and monthly reports. Founding agencies get early access. Download a sample report (PDF)
Clients are asking "is our site accessible?"
News about the European Accessibility Act and ADA cases reaches your clients before it reaches you. A manual audit for every site is expensive, and overlay widgets have drawn sharp criticism from accessibility experts. You need something in between that you can run every month.
How it works
Add client sites
Coming soon: paste in the URLs and we find the important pages on each site. Today, scan one site at a time.
Scheduled checks
Coming soon: every site re-checked weekly or monthly, so new issues show up before your client finds them.
Fix cards
Issues repeated across a template are grouped into one card with a plain-English fix.
Branded report
A PDF under your agency's name: issues by severity, how to fix them, and what needs a manual review.
What's in the monthly report
- Your agency's name at the top
- Open issues by severity, with a plain-English fix for each
- Coming soon: the trend since last month, and new versus fixed issues
- WCAG 2.2 A/AA rule for each issue, with the element it affects
- A 'needs manual review' checklist for what automated checks can't cover

Sell it as a care plan
Many agencies already sell monthly maintenance. Accessibility monitoring fits right in: the report shows the client what you checked and what needs fixing. You set the price.
Plans start at $99/month for 10 client sites, or free for one site. See all plans.
A11yKeeper, a manual audit, or an overlay?
| Question | A11yKeeper | Manual audit | Overlay widget |
|---|---|---|---|
| Covers all your client sites in one place | Coming soon | One site per audit | One site per install |
| Repeats every month | Coming soon | Only if you book again | Runs on every page view |
| Changes the site's code | No — you fix the source | No — you fix the source | Adds a script that changes the page in the browser |
| Finds issues automated tools miss | No — lists them for manual review | Yes | No |
| Report with your agency's brand | Yes | Depends on the auditor | Usually no |
The best setup for many clients is both: A11yKeeper for monthly monitoring, plus a manual audit for key flows like checkout.
What we don't do
- No overlay or widget on your clients' sites.
- No certificates or badges. Automated checks can't confirm a site meets a law or standard.
- No legal advice. For legal questions, your clients should talk to a lawyer.
Questions
Can I put my own logo on the reports?
Yes. Your agency name goes at the top of every report (logo upload is coming soon). A small 'Powered by A11yKeeper' line sits in the footer; Studio plans will be able to turn it off.
Is the report a full accessibility audit?
No. It reports automated test results and lists what a person should review by hand. Present it to clients as monitoring, not as a manual audit or a legal opinion.
Does it work with WordPress, Webflow, Shopify and Wix sites?
Yes. We check the public pages of any website, whatever it's built with.
Do you add an overlay or widget to client sites?
No. Nothing is installed on client sites. You get fixes to make in the site itself.
What should I charge my clients?
That's your call. Many agencies sell accessibility monitoring as part of a monthly care plan; the price depends on your market and how much fixing you include.
How do I get started?
Try the free scanner on a client site, then apply as a founding agency. We set up founding agencies personally; nothing is charged when you apply.
Founding agency offer: 50% off for life
The first 5 agencies get half price for as long as they stay. No card needed to apply.
